[OK] Officer Hill accused of beating up, injuring girlfriend a couple days before he was fired for corruption

...A police report alleges that [Tulsa Police Officer Eric] Hill assaulted his girlfriend... grabbing her head and hair and pulling her back into his car when she attempted to get out... that he then slammed her head into the dashboard two to three times, “leaving a large bleeding abrasion across her forehead”... Hill is also accused of shoving the woman out of a car, the report shows. He was released on bond and has not been charged in the case... The termination is not related to Hill's arrest July 19 on suspicion of domestic assault and battery...

[Excerpts] A Tulsa police officer who is cooperating with a federal grand jury’s inquiry into police corruption was arrested Monday on a domestic assault and battery complaint, records show. Eric J. Hill, 32, was placed on paid leave June 22 after the World made the Police Department aware that Hill had admitted stealing drug money... A police report alleges that Hill assaulted his girlfriend, whose name was redacted on the report... He is accused of grabbing her head and hair and pulling her back into his car when she attempted to get out at a red light. The report alleges that he then slammed her head into the dashboard two to three times, “leaving a large bleeding abrasion across her forehead.” When they arrived at her apartment in the 9700 block of South Memorial Drive, he shoved her out of his car and onto the ground, causing a large scrape across her knee, the document alleges... [Excerpts] ...Eric J. Hill was placed on paid leave June 22 after his name surfaced in a federal grand jury investigation into police corruption. He was notified of his termination Wednesday, Capt. Jonathan Brooks said. Hill, who joined the Tulsa Police Department in July 2005, has not been charged in the federal investigation. However, during a June 7 interview with the FBI and U.S. Attorney Jane Duke, Hill admitted to criminal activity, a Tulsa Police Department personnel order states... The termination is not related to Hill's arrest July 19 on suspicion of domestic assault and battery. An arrest report indicates he is accused of grabbing a woman's head and hair and repeatedly slamming her face into a dashboard on July 18. Hill is also accused of shoving the woman out of a car, the report shows. He was released on bond and has not been charged in the case. An outside prosecutor will evaluate the complaint because the victim was an employee of the Tulsa County District Attorney's Office... [Full article here]

    The clock is ticking away and time for Officer Mike Archer of the Cobb County Police Department is running out. There are two witnesses that puts him and Officer Glenn Turner at the corner of Scufflegrit and Sandy Plains Roads with Chris Miller the night that she went missing in 1991. Even though her remains have not yet been officially identified the murder case against Mike Archer is getting stronger everyday. Due to these officers roles in her murder and disappearance is leading detectives in wondering if Archer played a part in the murder of Turner
