[Excerpts] A Franklin County Sheriff's deputy is facing abduction charges. Mark Blackwell,29, was indicted by a Franklin County grand jury after his ex-girlfriend claimed he held her using force during a domestic violence incident on June 11. Blackwell pleaded not guilty on Monday and is out of jail on his own recognizance. His attorney vows to fight the charges vigorously... A Franklin County deputy who was indicted last week after an altercation with a former girlfriend was arrested this week on a charge of menacing by stalking involving the same woman... Blackwell was arrested Tuesday based on a complaint in which [X] said he photographed and/or videotaped her "on several occasions" between June 13 and Monday, "causing the victim to fear for her life." Blackwell was indicted Friday on one count of abduction after [X] said he came to her house on June 11, assaulted her and held her against her will for several hours. Blackwell and [X] each petitioned for a civil protection order against the other on June 18. The protection orders are in place until a hearing is held on the petitions Oct. 27...
